Sean at Subaru always delivers the best. Been taking my car thee from 2021 and it has been a great experience so far. Yes things break or thing need to be fixed, but Sean and the team at Subaru of Daytona always helps wherever they can. Service is always reliable, and when it's something simple, service is quick. I highly recommend them!

Sean was very prompt and attentive to my needs today and last week...Multiple services were needed and all were met. Prices seemed fair and reasonable. Your waiting room is very nice and comfortable. Pleasant experience each time .

I can’t speak to the sales side, but I have been going to the Subaru of Daytona service department for the last two years, and I have had consistently positive experiences. The customer service has always been top-notch. They are never pushy, and they do a great job giving me a heads-up about things I may need in the next few oil changes, rather than pressuring me into anything right away. You might be able to find lower prices if you shop around, but to me, the quality of service and the way they treat people makes it worth it. I’ve also noticed how kind and patient they are with customers in the waiting room, especially elderly customers, and that really stands out. It’s hard to find good people and genuine customer service these days. I was so impressed with them that when we bought our daughter’s used Subaru last weekend, I encouraged her to book an inspection with her local dealership so she could get established with their service department while she’s away at college. Whoever has built the culture in the Subaru of Daytona service department has done an amazing job. Never change that!

Folks were friendly and quick and communicated well during my service appointment.... and then quoted me $1500 to fix a window switch and motor. Went to another shop in Palm Coast and paid $450. Beware! I know service centers at dealerships jack up prices, but good lord! That's extreme. They have lost a lifelong subaru customer due to their greed. Over 3x what an honest shop charges.

I took my subaru forester in to address my vehicle rattling at high speeds back in May. They said there was an issue with the front sway bar and bushings and that it had to be replaced. By the time it was said and done everything cost $3800. I don't know anything about cars, so I didn't question the price or the work done. The rattling had stopped, so I figured everything was fine. Now months later I took my car in for an oil change at a Goodyear where I was informed that the bolts on the front bar were all loose and my vehicle needed realignment. They asked where I had my vehicle serviced in the past, informing me that if the bolts had been properly tightened I wouldn't have had this issue. They were also shocked at the price I was charged for the maintenence I had done at the Subaru dealership. It seems I was both overcharged and undersold on the quality of maintence. I don't think I'll be coming back in the future.
